Bji Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

Bji (bji.one) is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and South Asia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions on the bji platform. By registering an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (may vary depending on payment method).

• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually 5–30 minutes. If verification is required, up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If there is an unusual discrepancy between the deposited and withdrawn amounts, bji may conduct additional verification.
• Bji reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if fraudulent transactions are suspected.

Bji's bonus and promotion offers are available to all eligible members. However, each bonus has its own terms that must be read carefully.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses generally require 10x–30x wagering. Specific terms are listed on each offer's page.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.

All games on bji are powered by independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server. Upon reconnecting, the game will resume from where you left off.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• There is no possibility of manipulation in game outcomes — all games are verified by international auditing bodies.
• If you have doubts about the outcome of any game, please contact support within 48 hours.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bji platform and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding or conspiring with others with the intent to harm fellow members.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bji's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Playing games or conducting transactions using another person's account.

Bji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 6 months).
• If suspicious financial activity or an attempt at fraud is detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may also contact support at any time to request account closure. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

Bji takes the protection of your personal information with the utmost seriousness. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

• Your name, mobile number, and financial information are protected with SSL encryption.
• Limited information may be shared only when required by law or for security purposes.
• Your gaming history and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent closure option for those who need a long-term break from gaming.

For any disputes or complaints, please reach out to our customer support team first. We generally aim to resolve issues within 24–48 hours.

• Following the submission of a complaint, bji will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within a maximum of 30 days.
• If you are dissatisfied with a decision, you have the right to refer the matter to an external dispute resolution body.
• The laws of bji's licensing jurisdiction apply to the resolution of all disputes.

Bji is not liable for the following:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to the user's internet connection being lost.
• If a transaction is delayed or stuck due to issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If the user voluntarily shares their password or account details with another person and a loss results from that.
• In the event of temporary service unavailability due to unexpected technical issues or scheduled server maintenance.
• If the user carries out activities without reading these Terms & Conditions.

Bji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via in-app notification or email before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue to apply in full. The latest version will always be available on this page.
